The Eternal Love: The Infinite Spirit Product From the Combination of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father - Creating the Holy Trinity of the Universal Mind

4 05 2007
Trinity

“The thoughts of Allah change not; the manifests of life on every plane unfold into perfection of their kind; and as the thought of Allah can never die, there is no death to any being of the seven ethers of the seven Spirits of the Triune Allah.” -Moorish Holy Koran (Chapter 11:37)

Before creation was, The Eternal Love dwelled with the Divine Mother and the Divine Father in the infinite infinities of all that was, is and is ever to be.

The Eternal Love is son, the only begotten son of the union of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father, Aima and Abba, Force and Thought.

Without the Eternal Love there is no Light. Through Eternal Love, all life is manifest, and so, through the Eternal Love all things are done, and no-thing is done in the formulating of worlds or the peopling of worlds without the Eternal Love.

The Eternal Love is the Logos of infinities and through the word alone are Thought and Force made manifest.

The Eternal Love is called the “Kristos,” “ho Christos,” “Meshiah,” or “Messiah,” because the Son, the Eternal Love, is set apart and ordained to be Creator, Preserver and Redeemer of all things, of everything that was, is or evermore to be.

Through the Eternal Love, the protoplast, the planet, the plants, the animals, the terrestrial and the ultraterrestial took up their stations on their planes of existence.

Through the Eternal Love, they are preserved; and if they fall, it is through the Eternal Love that lifts them up; and if they sell themselves to disharmony, which Man called sin, the Eternal Love will redeem.

From the great universal heart of the great Triad, unnumbered spirit entities are sent forth to illustrate the height, the depth, the width, and boundlessness of the Love Triune.

To every world; Sun, Moon and Star, a master spirit of this divine Love is sent; and all are fully anointed with the spirit oil of selflessness which manifest Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice, and all will be a “Messiah.”

From the boundless grace of the Eternal Love, Man was formed to be the Lord of Asia and the Eternal Love proclaimed; The Anointed.

And the Divine Triune granted Man lordship of the Earth Plane, called Asia (Assiah); that he may find the Logos, the Circle and the number Seven within himself to rule by and in Love.

But the men of the Earth Plane have grown cruel and have abandoned their power to rule by Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice and all of the things that Man has lordship over has grown dissatisfied with Man; that he has lost his heritage; but the Eternal Love is ever present for those who Ask, Seek, and Knock.

Man has lost his divine consciousness and has failed to follow his higher self which breeds Justice, Mercy, Love and Right; he no longer comprehends the boundlessness of Love; he sees nothing but the ego of self and the things of illusion; however, the Messiah Seed is ever present in all who seek that which was lost.

All glorious is the majesty of the Eternal Love who spreads the pure white spirit robe, called Aura, over all planes of Earth.

In the course of Earth time, the Plane of Manifest and its inhabitants sold their birthrights into disharmony; however, the Eternal Love remains ever present to recalibrate the Asiatic creations back into the divine harmonic of Islam: The Greatest Harmony.

Hidden within the Sanctum Sanctorum of all infinities, is locked the records that bear the blueprint of the Divine Triune and it is here we shall recollect:

“The Greatest of things and no-things of existence is Perfection. Perfect is the seed in its embryonic state, and its destiny is to unfold and grow: Modus Operandi Absolutus Basis.

Into the spirit soil of every plane these seeds, which are the thoughts of Allah, are cast; the seeds of the things from the realms of Lahuwt, Malakuwt, and Nasuwt. As the entities from these realms sow the seeds, it is through the Eternal Love, that ordains the seeds to grow and return; and by the efforts of unnumbered years and soul cycles, to the Universal Grand Lodge of thought will be a perfection of it’s own signature vibration. “I am that I will be, for I am beyond being, but forever becoming”

When the Eternal Love is manifest through an illumined host in the plane of Assiah, it will liberate the timeless spirit self that has been conditioned by lower consciousness vibrations and confined to the fallen corporeal self that lies intoxicated with illusion (Maya).

As each age unfolds, there becomes a need for redemption (recalibration). The Eternal Love then restores, not for the salvation of material man, but for the realization of the eternal and divine consciousness that dwells within Man.

As Man develops the desire for light and the ability to truly comprehend it as well, the Eternal Love then actively permeates the higher faculties to remain close to Man in all the ways of life; for the Eternal Love always manifests on the Earth Plane for human eyes, taking abode in divine hosts to teach the lost men of Asia (Assiah) to learn to love whom they see, so the may comprehend that which they do not see.

Thus the Eternal Love made manifest its power, to redeem; but because Man struggles with the intoxication of illusion, the Eternal Love shall manifest in disciplined and selfless men and women who exercise the principles of Love, Truth, Peace Freedom and Justice. Again and again they shall pass through the houses of the Divine’s great mansion.

And ever since the spirit man took on the coats of flesh, the messiah seed has been present and has manifest in form during each age to return that which was lost.

Growing Beyond “Reactive” Maladaptive Behaviors: Ridding the Psyche of Blame-Shifting Behaviors to Reestablish the Ancient Educational Curriculum of Self Mastery

18 04 2007
Al-Khemooria

“…No man lives unto himself, for every living thing is bound by cords to every other living thing. Blessed are the pure in heart; for they will love and not demand love in return. They will not do to other men what they would not have other men do unto them. There are two selves; the higher and the lower self. The higher self is human spirit clothed with soul, made in the form of Allah. The lower self, the carnal self, the body of desires, is a reflection of higher self, distorted by the murky ethers of the flesh. The lower self is an illusion and will pass away; the higher self is Allah in man, and will not pass away. The higher self is the embodiment of truth, the lower self is truth reversed and so is falsehood manifest. The higher self is justice, mercy, love and right; the lower self is what the higher self is not. The lower self breeds hatred, slander, lewdness, murders, theft, and everything that harms, the higher self is mother of the virtues and the harmonies of life. The lower self is rich in promises, but poor in blessedness and peace; it offers pleasure, joy and satisfying gain; but gives unrest, misery and death. It gives men apples that are lovely to the eye and pleasant to the smell; their cores are full of bitterness and gall. If you would ask me what to study, I would say, yourselves; and when you well have studied them; and then would ask me what to study next, I would reply, yourselves. He who knows well his lower self, knows the illusions of the world, knows of the things that pass away; and he who knows his higher self, know Allah; knows well the things that cannot pass away. Thrice blessed is the man who has made purity and love his very own; he has been ransomed from the perils of the lower self and is himself his higher self. Men seek salvation from an evil that they deem a living monster of the nether world; and they have gods that are but demons in disguise; all powerful, yet full of jealousy and hate and lust; Whose favors must be bought with costly sacrifice of fruits, and of the lives of birds, and animals, and human kind. And yet these gods possess no ears to hear, no eyes to see, no heart to sympathize, no power to save. This evil is a myth; these gods are made of air, clothed with shadows of a thought. The only devil from which men must be redeemed is self, the lower self. If man would find his devil he must look within; his name is self. If man would find his savior he must look within; and when the demon self has been dethroned the savior, Love, will be exulted to the throne of power. The David of the light is Purity, who slays the strong Goliath of the dark, and seats the savior, Love, upon the throne.” - The Moorish Holy Koran (Chapter 3:2-23)

If Moors truly want to operate in accordance with the principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice, the divine principles of higher moral, ethical and spiritual behavior, Moors must become the owners of themselves while simultaneously displaying the ability to withstand the negative impulses and emotions that tempt them (us) to behave in an immoral and/or irrational manner. It must be known and understood that the one who is at the mercy of his/her emotional body looses divine insight in being and displaying upright behavior; for upright and virtuous behavior invariably demands a profound degree of self-control so that the will can withstand the many and various temptations of everyday existence.

Mystical Secrets of the Last DaysThe roles and boundaries of positive and negative, good and evil, have become diluted to the point that they have become concepts of bargain, which creates hardship and difficulty for one to truly commit to the good and positive aspects of life, for those sensations that are pleasing and pleasant have become the new positive and those that immolate displeasure have become the new negative. Attaining adequate self-control should not be a light and spontaneous choice for the Asiatic, but a fundamental imperative for him/her to interact and behave in a more refined manner despite the negative impulses of others. As the Asiatic descendents represent the physical blueprint of civilized conduct and mannerism, they (we) then should work to diminish any and all forms of barbarism and reactionary behavior that present the civilizers of the Earth plane as inferior, weak-minded and whinny. The latter behaviors often lead to conduct that moves counter to the concept of progress; thus creating the platform for the psyche and moral levels of civilized barbarism. Despite the warfare tactics that are utilized by the active oppressor, it will only serve as a self-defeating pathology if one perpetuates reduced motivation, inferior psychology and a parasitic state of dependency on the oppressive host’s offerings of a spiritually detached existence of a sub-predator. The contradictory mixture of independence and dependence prevents the Moorish/Asiatics from gaining a greater sense of understanding of one another, for each has become overly accustomed to react to the directives of his/her own passions as opposed to his/her higher rationality. However, because of the deadly trend of immediate gratification, the higher rational ability of repressing and controlling instinctive impulses has created an out-of-control entity that behaves and conducts him/her self in manner that is not only destructive to his/her cultural identity, but also destructive to the balance of the universal forces that maintain the order of the plane of manifest: Assiah.

The Interior CastleIt was and continues to be expressed and urged in all of the ancient and mystic spiritual teachings from the times immemorable that their should be a greater focus on creating a moral citizen that focuses on self-knowledge and the extracting of one’s potential as opposed to today’s focus on learned and degreed persons that encapsulate themselves in their finite and minute grid of lower self “Me” consciousness. To truly uplift fallen humanity, today’s Asiatics must force themselves back into the consciousness state that synchronizes with evolution instead of the states that repress and ignore the divine human capacities and that support non-evolution oriented behavior, i.e., mechanical behaviors that immolate automatic reactions, erroneous speed informational associations that create indefinite patterns for repetition that does nothing for spiritual advancement and the upliftment of humanity, much less fallen humanity. There are several aspects of change that must take place to purify the psyches of up and coming generations. First, the Moorish must rid themselves of any and all associations with victim behavior and ideologies. Second, the Moorish must destroy the current concept of education that resembles more of a computer process as opposed to a training for a higher perceptiveness in human evolutionary affairs. Third, the Moorish must teach the importance of mental hygiene which focuses on the control of negative emotions, the dominion over one’s lower self and the development of character that functions in accordance with the divine will of Allah. Hence the educational aim of each and every Asiatic should be focused on positive individual evolution, which represents one of the most profound forms of transcendental ethics. To disrupt this universal obligation is to display a direct attack on the evolutionary order of nature as the original wisdom teachings consisted of higher self oriented lessons that were designed to overcome oneself and to take charge of the handling of one’s own consciousness with the ultimate aim of returning to the original source from which we all have emanated: Allah.

Spiritual Body and Celestial EarthThe Moorish, in this day and time, should focus heavily on developing a higher order of conduct while also focusing on their personal/national affairs. This level of focus and properly channeled energy reduces the oppressor’s ability to stagnates progress and generate confusion. The avoidance of “feeding” into perpetuated mental slavery and predictable self-sabotaging behavior allows for a greater voluntary control over personal and ethnic affairs which aim to produce progress and advancement. As is to be expected, this level of discipline should be and must be driven by a higher system of values and the most elevated ethical norms. If everyone is striving to master themselves while functioning according to the divine will of Allah, then their level of advancement will only reflect a greater display of civilization beyond this current modality of civilization. Therefore, the evolution oriented Asiatic seeks to avoid remaining within the boundaries of the normal conditioning society because those limits do not involve effort, whereas to display the conduct and composure of those governing the “New Jerusalem” entails a higher sense of expression which entails a greater sense of consciousness connectedness to the divine order and will of Allah. This will become the character for salvation which restores the present plane of manifest from the inertia of the habitual behaviors of imbalance, disharmony and spiritual weakness.

Liberating the Soul: A Guide for Spiritual Growth (Sufi Wisdom Series)The constant and persistent practice of self-mastery while remaining within the guidelines of universal balance suggests that the true commandments for Man are the harmonious interactions of Man with Nature. This order or morality allows the Asiatic to experience finer aspects of nature that exist at more subtle levels than what ordinary man can detect or comprehend. In this heightened phase of Man and Nature interaction, after Man learns how the mastery of self leads to a greater cohesiveness with Allah’s creations, the greater phenomenon allows for the Asiatics of the plane of manifest to experience common displays of human magnetism, electric fields as a common basis for life, to freely experience higher states of awareness, a faster tele-thought feedback between man and nature, a realization and utilization of energy that is faster than light, the utilization of an intermediate substance that exists between matter and energy and the utilization of a communication science that allows Asiatics to communicate with ideographs, language shapes and characters, for the reduction of language miscommunication. However, these sciences will only be revealed in mass when ethics and morality exists as a norm in life as opposed to tools expressed by those fearing infinite damnation from their envisioned anthropomorphic deity or God.

Before true evolution takes place, the Asiatic progenitors must regain psychic control over themselves, their environment (s), their children, their educational systems and their reactionary impulses. The Moorish/Asiatic must abandon the paradigmatic cube in which he/she hides to avoid experiencing life beyond the normal consciousness matrix developed and perpetuated by the lower consciousness oppressors of this current phase of being. At this juncture of time and space, the current culture promotes the speedy and rapid delivery of pleasure and gain which has infected the Asiatic inhabitants with the moral disease of desiring narcissistically for the instant and immediate gratification like that of an embryo still in the womb.

This brings us to the helm of reactive maladaptive behavior, the obsession with the obligation of filling an empty stomach, to satisfy personal ambitions, the urge for revenge and the need to appease one’s ego which all falls under the umbrella of psycho-physical survival. When Man learns the true meaning of will and how he/she possess the ability to move mountains on the power that animates the conscious, non-compulsive “I Am”, the Asiatic creations would have properly learned the key to Enoch’s ascension, the intrinsic power to withstand temptation and disharmony while overcoming the adverse circumstances of life without complaint, ill thoughts or feelings of victim-hood.

Sufi Metaphysics and Quranic Prophets: Ibn 'Arabi's Thought and Method in the Fusus al-HikamFollowing and submitting to the Will of Allah which represents the highest meaning of will power, corresponds to the essence that encourages the Asiatic creations to demonstrate the primordial aim of overcoming the immoral temptations and reactions of the lower self while pressing past the consciousness thresholds that lead to the higher self and the higher worlds of Allah’s hierarchy. When the Asiatic creations learn to supervise and master his/hers lower base nature, the possibilities of a civil society, a just humanity and an enlightened and heightened being will unfold and blossom just as the blueprint of perfection is designed to do. The essential “I Am” which liberates the Asiatic creations from the passions of the realm of Nasuwt (realm of human beings) and makes him/her master of their capacity to stand in opposition to the forces of disintegration, spiritual stagnation and chaos, ultimately allows for the exploration of infinite regions of inner space that reflect the secret coordinates to Allah’s throne of mercy and illumination.

After much toil on this plane of manifest, the Asiatic creations must learn to temper his/her will in a higher and more profound manner by depriving him/her self of the lesser good in order to choose the superior good: peace in the inner and subtle worlds (Islam). After Man has learned to not allow the lower self to generate arguments and create standards regarding what is moral, upright and natural, then and only then will the veil of higher vision and insight be lifted for the purpose of guiding the Asiatic adept onto the ever unfolding path of perfection. The concept of a heaven does exist, but is only revealed through the mastery of self and the sublimation of psycho-physical maladaptive behaviors. Like Enoch, achieving this level of transcendental morality is the reward of obtaining the balanced state of “heaven” during the course of a life cycle. This is the science of the Job Mysteries.

The Final Goal: The Return to the Transcendental Essence of the Origin (Allah)

11 04 2007
the-mystery-signs

“He has created the heavens and the Earth in just proportion, and has given you shape, and made your shapes beautiful: and to Him is the Final Goal.” The Holy Quran (Surah 64:5)

All things return to Allah as their soul self originates in Allah; therefore, everything in and of the plane of manifestation, Assiah, is destined to return to Allah. To achieve this goal, the greatest of goals, the adept must journey to the depths of self-knowledge to actualize the gnosis that act as an elixir to transmute the soul of Man into a mirror reflecting the greater Cosmos and then further onward to reflect the greatest of mysteries: Allah. As long as spirit-man resides within the murky and gross vibrations of the physical body, it constantly strives to increase its connection with the divine essence. Little by little the spirit-man becomes stronger and more intense in its reality of being and further upward on its path back to its origin.

Journey to the Lord of Power: A Sufi Manual on RetreatWithin the blueprint of spirit-man, it is hardwired, the destination and coordinates to its source of origin and it ultimate path for return. Allah created the Asiatic creations soul as an image of His pure and divine essence. As there are attributes of the above, so there are attributes of the below as the Asiatic creations were given the attributes of power, knowledge and life. However, as spirit-man derives his/her power from the root of Malakuwt, he/she must journey toward the path of ascendancy and to the throne of power as the Asiatic creations currently dwell within the levels of descent, and has intermediaries, angelic forces (Allahuma), between them and their supreme author: Allah.

Throughout the spiritual evolutionary phases of the Asiatic creations, the spirit-man ascends, in consciousness, from one form to another, ever ascending toward perfection in degrees. The following description may initially appear to be in conflict with Chapter 11 of the Moorish Holy Koran, but after careful study and reflection, its message “is” in accordance with both Chapter 1 and Chapter 11 of the Koran of the Moorish Science Temple.

Al-Ghazali's Unspeakable Doctine of the Soul: Unveiling the Esoteric Psychology and Eschatology of the Ihya' (Brill's Studies in Intellectual History)In the beginning stages of Asiatic configuration, the spirit-man begins its soul consciousness embodiment phases by traveling through the consciousness realms of the elementals, then from them to the mineral and vegetal, then from them to the animal, and then even further to the states where it become disengaged from the realm of matter. As the Asiatic creations exist within the womb of incubation, the spirit-man is of the degree of elemental, mineral and vegetal souls. Once the infant emerges from the womb, its soul is then in the degree of animal souls until it further develops into the formal stages of maturity. Once it develops the preparedness and conscious desire to ascend to the levels of the holy soul and supraformal maturity, it then becomes a holy soul. Therefore, as long as spirit-man is in its embryotic state, it is plant with the potential of becoming an animal. However, once the embryo emerges, it is animal with the potential of becoming Man. When it reaches the limit of supraformal maturity, it is man with the potential of becoming an angel. These are not physical stages of development, but progressive phases of consciousness development.

Once the infant emerges from it motherly host, it becomes an active soul in the degree of the animal (consciousness) souls until the time of its formal maturation. Then the individual becomes a human animal with the potential of becoming a soul active being. In this degree of development, Man becomes a soul entity that perceives the plane of manifestation through the faculties of greater reflection and deliberation while operating with finer insight faculties. The Asiatic creation maintains this level of being until it further develops itself in the aspects of supraformal maturation where it strengthens its intrinsic spiritual connectedness to others and higher planes of reality. At this level, the Asiatic creation is either a soul active being with the active potential of an angelic or the opposite, depending upon his/her spiritual orientation (ascending or descending). The Asiatic with the potential of the angelic is restored if he/she travels the pathway of the Real (al-Haqq) and the path of Ones of Allah (tawhid), if his/her spiritual intellect is perfected through the use of active knowledge, and if his/her subtle intellect is purified through disengagement from the bodies of illusion, then he/she becomes an ascending angelic of Allah, the single brotherhood of Aught. However, if he/she travels astray from the even road and travels the pathway of misguidance and the ignorant, he/she will become one of the five adversaries of ascension and agents of destruction: Lucifer, Satan, Devil, Dragon and Beast.

However, the evolution from origin to return involves the Mercy of Allah and His conveying every-thing to its perfection and final goal, and his moving all things to their ultimate destination- making the low reach the high, giving to every matter the form befitting it, and inducing each to become the most excellent of what can be conceived for it. This is the utmost goal of the divine essence of spirit-man as Allah is the Author of All.

  • The Holy Quran (Surah 10:4) - “To HIm will be your return - of all of you. The promise of Allah is true and sure. It is He who beginneth the process of creation, and repeated it, that he may reward with Justice those who believe and work righteousness…”
  • The Holy Quran (Surah 42:15) - “…Allah is our Lord and your Lord: for us (is the responsibility for)our deeds, and for you for your deeds. There is no contention between us and you. Allah will bring us together, and to Him is (Our) final goal.”

The final goal is the furthest purpose of the formulating of the Cosmos, the moving of the heavens, the setting in motion of the galaxies and universes: the stars, the orbs , and all of the other transformations; the sending of the Angels and the prophets and messengers from the galactic universe and subtle heavens with books, revelations and guidance. The entire purpose of for the Universe and the universes within the Universe and Spiritual Hierarchies and their inhabitants, is to return to its origin and the unified frequency of its creator: Allah. Therefore, evil and disharmony will disappear from, and it too will return to that from which it began. Hence, the last will become joined with the first, and the farthest end of all cycles must, by design, return to its origin as well. In this, the symbol of the serpent swallowing its tail reveals its true meaning to the intellect of Man. Wisdom will be completed and creation perfected as described in the first chapter of the Moorish Holy Koran. This is the greatest goal and the most magnificent wisdom of the ancients of ancients.

  • Moorish Holy Koran (Chapter 1) - “A multitude of lessons man must learn upon the plane of soul; and here he tarries many ages until his lessons are all learned. Upon the boundary of the plane of soul, the ether began to vibrate slower still and then the essences took on a final garb; the perfumes and the odors and the true sensations and the all of love were clothed in flesh; and man was clothed in flesh. Perfected man must pass through all the ways of life, and so a carnal nature was full manifest, a nature that sprang forth from fleshly things. Without a foe a soldier never knows his strength, and thought must be developed by the exercise of strength. And so this carnal nature soon became a foe that man must fight, that he might be the strength of Allah made manifest. Let every living thing stand still and hear! Man is the Lord of all the plane of manifest, of protoplast, of mineral, of plant, of beast, but he gave up his birthrights, just to gratify his lower self. But man will regain his lost estate, his heritage; but he must do it in a conflict that cannot be told in words. Yea, he must suffer trials and temptations manifold; but let him know that cherubim and seraphim that rule the stations of the sun and spirit of the mighty Allah who rule the solar stars are his protectors and his guide, and they will lead to victory. Man will be fully saved, redeemed, perfected by the things he suffers on the plane of flesh, and on the plane of soul. When man has conquered carnal things his garb of flesh will then have served its purpose well and it will fall; will be no more.”

The Self-Disclosure of God: Principles of Ibn Al-'Arabi's Cosmology (Suny Series in Islam)The Asiatic creations, by spiritual design, have an unsurpassed and unprecedented blueprint for perfection regarding his/her true essence and reality and that conjunction with the principalities of Allah, the adjacency with the Author of All, and the ultimate of true reality, the disengagement from the material and illusory world. With the other bodies that he uses to be within the physical realms of time and space, he utilizes, like plants, the nourishment for growth; like animals, he utilizes the vital breath, volitional movement and sense perception and in his human stated he utilizes science and knowledge to specify his/her greatness in the plane called Assiah: the plane of manifest. However, after Man has obtained knowledge of the sciences, he must ultimately turn his attention his attention toward that which prevents him/her from the higher stations of being. On the path of existence, Man learns that his/her conscious self must turn to the greatest of all sciences which is designed to allow man achieve perfection in the potencies of higher essence. Man must focus on the Real (al-Haqq), the trun substance of his essence. This science is the knowledge of Allah, His attributes (99 + 1 cosmic functions), His angels, His records of knowledge and tablets of destiny. This knowledge purifies the soul for completion which releases if from the constraints of possibility and enters it into the realms of impossibility, according the mundane concepts of the plane of manifest. The soul, in the upward ascension in its return, is submerged into the ocean of sovereignty and freed from the domination of the cycles of the physical heavens. The souls seeking perfection are required to reflect upon the finer aspects of life by utilizing the illuminating exercises of unveiling and intuition (al-kashf wa al-dhawq) to reach the greatest goal of perfecting its soul self within the embodiment of its spirit self while abstracting its self from bodily matter, the fetters of the fleshly garment.

  • The Moorish Holy Koran (Chapter 1) - “Man cannot die; the spirit-man is one with Allah, and while Allah lives man cannot die. When man has conquered every foe upon the plane of soul the seed will have full opened out, will have unfolded in the Holy Breath. The garb of soul will then have served its purpose well, and man will need it never more, and it will pass and be no more and man will then attain unto the blessedness of perfectness and be at one with Allah.”

It remains a mystic teaching in the esoteric meanings of Moorish Science, that the purpose for the soul’s descension from the realms greater than nasuwt (the realm of the human beings) to the gross vibrational planes of the lower frequency worlds was for the soul to become perfected by the divine sciences and knowledge of Allah, for it requires these sciences to complete its journey and experiences for reunion phase of being. The soul was destined to experience long toil with great effort while urging the body and its faculties to cooperate with the divine plan for ascension. However, since the body requires the basic needs for animal survival, it is necessary that the sensations and objects of the illusory world be limited, tamed an acquired in moderation; otherwise, the soul will be lead onto the path of extremes: deficiency and excess; which would in turn strengthen the soul’s bond the material world while destroying its intent and focus toward perfection and return. Therefore, the divine principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice is required directly and indirectly, because preoccupation with internal and external senses and stimuli, desire and anger, will hinder the soul’s ability to adhere to the “will” that leads the soul back to its source and origin.

Once the soul learns the difficult lesson (s) of how to disengage its self from the body and realm of illusion, the truest realities are then fully inscribed within which severs the soul’s bond to the lower world of nasuwt which allows the soul to ascend from nasuwt and to the higher stations of malakuwt (the realm of the angelic hosts). There the soul will attain its reward as it then prepares for its next phase of the journey of “origin and return.”

Moorish Science: The Vehicle to Universal Balance and a Higher Reality of Enlightenment

17 03 2007
AnubisAdept

“If you would ask me what to study, I would say, yourselves; and when you well have studied them; and then would ask me what to study next, I would reply, yourselves. He who knows well his lower self, knows the illusions of the world, knows of the things that pass away; and he who knows his higher self, know Allah; knows well the things that cannot pass away. Thrice blessed is the man who has made purity and love his very own; he has been ransomed from the perils of the lower self and is himself his higher self.” - Moorish Holy Koran 3:14-16

Maat the 11 laws of GodIslam is the vehicle by which Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice is administered to humanity for the purpose of eradicating negativity, low thought vibrations and everything that harms. This divine system of progress oriented principles encourages order, righteousness and balance by which all standards are to be measured. In the Egyptian system of mystic philosophy, this system is symbolically identified by Maat and Tehuti. Within the Egyptian initiation system, spiritualized education, the principle of Maat represents truth and righteousness while Tehuti represents right reasoning and is demonstrated by the rationality that is based on truth which is extracted from the knowledge of the inner self.

In the ancient Egyptian text, the Pert Em Heru, evidence of the pure science of Islam is termed the “purification of the Heart.” Further investigation of the Egyptian system and the Science of Islam reveals similarities regarding the Egyptian angelic recorders, Shai and Rennenet, and the karmic director Meskhenet and the two Quranic angelic recorders and the sentinel which are known together as the honorable recorders or the Kiraman Katibin (Surah 50:17-18).

The Science of Becoming OneselfThe science of Islam and the philosophy of Maat are one and the same when viewed as a profound teaching which encompasses the entire fabric of creation as well as a highly effective system of spiritual discipline that provide the criteria for divine governance of the human kingdom. Islam, when understood as the Universal system of right thought and right action, is the orderly flow of energy which maintains the balance of the Universe. Also, Islam is the regularity which governs the planetary networks and solar systems as well as the cycles of nature and the cellular functions in the Asiatic creations of this plane of being.

Moorish Science, the primordial essence of Islam, is the natural process that maintains the flow of creation wherein there is a constant movement and balancing of the universal principles of governance. In understanding the purest form of Moorish Science and Islam, the adept must look beyond the mundane levels of ritual worship and the religious zealot’s reactionary behavior regarding God and man’s judgmental and distorted interpretation of what is divine and just.

If one were to maintain the ideals of mundane thinking and understanding, in the course of everyday life, those unwilling to look beyond the illusions of life will continue to view nature and the Universe as a chaotic conglomeration of forces that are (supposedly) unpredictable and random in nature. However, through a deep reflection on the universal principles of Moorish Science (Islam), the study, reflection and discernment of the greater realms will warrant spiritual maturity that will allow the adept to realize that there is indeed an order to the divine plan of Allah in unfoldment despite its chaotic appearance. This implies that there is a deeper understanding of the Cosmic order and with practice of the living harmony in Islam, the old time religion, with the greater order of the Microcosm, the adept will be lead to a far greater level of mental and spiritual peace (Salaam), balance and harmony. It is this peace and this balance that allows the ocean of the mind to become a clear mirror in which spirit-man is able to realize his/her oneness (ahadiyya) with Allah.

Journey to the Lord of Power: A Sufi Manual on RetreatMoorish Science teaches that Islam is the personification of balance, righteousness, love, truth, peace, freedom and justice upon which Allah created the Universe. It is also understood that Islam is the essence of Allah and Allah is every thing and every unknown thing. Like the deeper aspects of Sufism regarding the essence of the heart, Maat of the Egyptian mystic education system is the judge of the heart and determines the actions of the heart to see whether the Asiatic creation has lived in accordance with Maat (Islam): love, truth, peace, freedom, justice, uprightness and in harmony with the natural creations of Allah. With an intense study, reflection and demonstration of Islam (Maat), the adept learns a way out of the illusions of sorrow, fear and pain and is lead to the path of self discovery and the source of supreme peace. However, if one chooses to act upon their own will instead of submitting to the will of Allah, then they subject themselves to be in contradiction with Islam (Maat). This level of contradiction indicates that the Asiatic creation has created contradiction within themselves, thus creating the breeding ground for negativity and self defeating impressions that lodge themselves in heart. The harboring of negative impressions in the heart creates agitation within the emotional, mental, astral and physical bodies of man which create states of hell for the Asiatic creation.

  • ” Allah never made a heaven for man; He never made a hell; we are creators and we make our own. Now cease to seek for heaven in the sky; just open up the windows of the hearts, and, like a flood of light, a heaven will come and bring a boundless joy; then toil will be no cruel task.” - Moorish Holy Koran 12:9-10

However, living life according the divine principles allows the adept of Islam to retain the presence of mind during the transition of the illusion of death which will allow the spiritualized adept to not fall into the lower states of delusion and ignorance.

The spiritual education system of Moorish Science, the old time religion (Islam), initially may appear like some foreign religion, but as stated in the Holy Quran, it is the primordial spiritual system of upright since the inception of the physical plane.

  • The Holy Koran Surah 30:30 “So turn your face and purpose toward the primordial religion of the upright (hanif) - the original nature in which the one creaeted all humanity. Let there be no change in this ancient, self-sustaining religion, created by the Only Being, which is the standard (qayyim) of all religions. But most among human do not understand.” - translation by Neil Douglas-Klotz author of “The Hidden Gospel”

Kybalion: A Study of the Hermetic Philosophy of Ancient Egypt and GreeceThis is the ancient system utilized by the great master Enoch (Idris) who achieved the height of wisdom and understanding in flesh: Ascension. Acting in accordance with the principles of Islam, the adept will be prepared to transcend the egoistic illusions of the brain and thereby free him/her self from the mental bondage that ties one to the illusory urges in the lower realms of time and space. In understanding the pure principles of Islam (Maat), one begins to learn how Islam works as the underlying order and truth behind the appearance of chaos and disorder in the phenomenal world. In doing this, the adept attunes his/her mind to the greater aspects of the divine mind of the inner most Self which exists at the transcendental levels being.

Through the active practice of Moorish Science, Islam - the primordial system of spiritual evolution, studying the teachings, reflecting upon the teachings and meditating upon the teachings, it is possible to consciously discover the transcendental state that is beyond the mundane states of consciousness. When there is enlightenment in the inner most regions of the heart, the higher states of conscious evolution overpowers all of the lower states and quickens the resurrection of the soul-self into the greater awareness of the infinite spirit of Allah. This unveiling of the mysteries leads to the mastery and understanding of Egyptian allegory of Heru (Higher self) and Set (Lower self) sharing one body with two heads, one of Heru and the other of Set. The union of Heru and Set is most important as it symbolizes the uniting and balancing of the Higher and Lower self within the Asiatic creation. This indicates that the adept has achieved inner harmony and peace with him/her self and the Universe. This is the act of Islam in Man. The utlimate and absolute is discovered to be the true and pure identity, and the physical consciousness is dissolved in the great and infinite ocean of Allah.

Zothyrian Psychology: The Moorish Path to Adeptship and Mastery (pt. 1)

13 03 2007
Zothyrian-Psychology

“In yonder kingdom of the soul this carnal evolution is not known, and the great work of master minds is to restore the heritage of man, to bring him back to his estate that he has lost, when he again will live upon the ethers of his native plane. The thoughts of Allah change not; the manifests of life on every plane unfold into perfection of their kind; and as the thought of Allah can never die, there is no death to any being of the seven ethers of the seven Spirits of the Triune Allah.” - Moorish Holy Koran 11:36-37

In taking the first step of crossing over the threshold of mundane reality, the adept now travels the path toward the inner sanctorum and the heart of the microcosmic temple. This arduous path that leads upward on the Mt. of Truth deeply depends on the fidelity and the pure intent of the adept. These are the determining factors that decide whether the Asiatic initiate advances or remains stationary. It must be understood that Moorish Science has a history, philosophy and a system that is veiled in allegory and tradition throughout the planet sphere that resides within the plane of Assiah, the physical plane of manifestation. This path to enlightenment requires that the adept read, study, reflect, digest and discriminate while seeking the infinite stream of knowledge that is vaulted in Allah’s storehouse of wisdom.

Contemplation of the Holy MysteriesKnowledge, as the light frequency vehicle to higher understanding, is the purest and most real of human treasures, for it is the gateway to defining the otherwise unknown. It is the development of the Asiatic soul and its motivation to utilize its potential that knowledge unleashes the seed that is already perfect with its potential to grow and manifest the end result as designed in its bio-cosmic, etheric and divine blueprint. To learn, to gain knowledge, to acquire understanding, to display wisdom and to ascend to higher planes of being is the primary goal of each honorable and noble spirit being on the plane of Assiah. However, it is also of great benefit to teach and communicate that knowledge to the pure seeker; the one that has surrendered to the divine will of Allah (Moslem/Muslim); and the one that truly desires admittance into the greater realms of being and becoming. To teach with the intent of advancing another is a noble deed and also the worthiest work of man.

Cosmic Consciousness: A Study in the Evolution of the Human Mind (Arkana)To attain al Haqq, the true reality, and to serve humanity with the aim of uplifting fallen inhabitants of Assiah, is also the noblest destiny of man for all men are bound by cords and linked to one great and divine source. Hence to advance another is also to advance one’s self. As demonstrated in the intricate, yet beautiful tapestry of nature lays the blueprint to man’s spiritual growth and development. To understand how the spirit of man unfolds, compare it to the maturation of plant life, a tree. As the tree utilizes the carbon in the atmosphere, the moisture of the air, the rain, the photons (light), and the minerals supplied to the roots by the earth, and by the chemical transmutation that takes place at the cellular level that transforms the previously mentioned elements into sap, fiber, wood, leaves, fruit, perfumes and colors, so does the spirit absorbs and cultivates knowledge, and through a divine alchemy transmutes what it has gained and learned through experience, reflection and study, into its own substance, and grows from within with an inherent force and power that lie hidden in the mysterious working of nature.

The Psyche and Psychism (2 Volume Set)Moorish Science is an art for those who learn and understand the philosophy and its operative functionality; and its process will prove beneficial and useful to the adept who works to attain sovereignty of the lower aspects of being, to become adept in the secrets of the subtle realms of power. However, before any level of mastery is achieved, the adept must first choose between of the two paths while manifesting one of the two natures. The Asiatic creation must direct his/her attention toward the higher or the lower nature of him/her self, the noble or ignoble, that which changes or that which does not change (Aught). Moorish Science exists as a discipline, system and way to exalt the nobler and more honorable nature of the Asiatic creations over the profane, the divine man over the flesh man and the spiritual essence of infinity over the physical fetters of limitation.

As taught by the ancient Moorish Scientist and Universal adepts, truth is an eternal attribute of Allah and is the foundation of every virtue. The spirit-man is formed from the essence of truth while embodied in the material prison in which it is influenced by negative passions and intrusive thoughts and urges. However, through intense study and reflection, the desire for oneness with Allah motivates the Moorish adept to arrive at the knowledge of the greater principles of Nature through which lies the gateway to the eternal essence of Allah. This essence, the same that animates and vitalizes the mortal frame of man, quickens the consciousness into the similitude of Allah. In this phase of Asiatic evolution, the adept synthesizes the soul and the spirit to engage in the higher levels of the Divine mind of Allah.

The Elixir of the Gnostics: A parallel English-Arabic text (Islamic Translation Series)One of the greatest aspects of Moorish Science is the teaching that we are not mortal; that the spirit is not subject to decay or dissolution, but is immaterial and survives the death of the material body; that the spirit-man is capable of advancement within the hierarchies of Allah and that spirit-man can attain greater levels of being which makes man more and more worthy of immortality and the Divine attunement with most Holy, Ancient, Transcendental and Primordial Deity: Allah.

The indivisible unity of Allah (ahadiyya), through the system of Moorish Science, represents the liberation of the ego self from the physical limitations, and is the advancement and attunement into the realms of the unseen and intangible Divine consciousness. This is the height of Moorish Science and not some temporary heightened sense of ecstasy. The achievement of greater consciousness is gained when one liberates him/her self from the lower frequency thoughts that are perpetuated in the mundane psychic harmonic that is generated by bio-cosmic mainframe of illusion, the human brain.

Jerusalem: The Constitution of Harmony and the Redeemed State of Man

28 02 2007
Throne of God

Jerusalem carries many esoteric and symbolic meanings that directly relate to a spiritualized state in Man. Jerusalem means the City of Peace and also the Vision of Peace; however, when Jerusalem is spelled Urusalem (Uru-Salem/Ur-Salem) its meaning is then altered to “the foundation of Peace” and/or “the dwelling place of Light and Peace (Harmony).” In man, Jerusalem represents the abiding consciousness of spiritual peace, which is the result of self realization regarding Man’s spiritual power balanced with a serene spiritual confidence. Anatomically, Jerusalem, the Vision of Peace, symbolizes the hidden nerve center located behind the anatomical heart: the Occult Chamber of the Heart. From this chamber spirit radiates divine harmonics to all parts within the temple of man.

  • 1 Corinthians 6:19 – “…Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own.”

The Second Coming of Christ: The Resurrection of the Christ Within You (2 Volume Set)Around Jerusalem stand the walls that symbolize the balancing of the negative and positive forces of soul consciousness which protect the spiritual substance from penetrating errors of limited thought. This is presented in Philippians 4:7 “…and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds…” The equalization of positive and negative forces results in the renewing and spiritualizing transformation within the divine organism of Spirit-Man. When the adept learns to travel to the depths of silence and to the recesses of stillness within the heart center, the “Theophanic Vision” of Allah is revealed in degrees. This is the phase of development where consciousness receives an upload in divine intelligence which projects the consciousness program from one plane of manifestation to another while activating higher spiritual functions within one of the many “Overself” vehicles.

Dark Night of the SoulThe way to Jerusalem, the dwelling place of Light and Peace, is by way of the Higher Self – through Moorish Meta-Psychic Introspection and the perfect expression of all mental faculties, by way of the 12 occult nerves (12 gates of Jerusalem, 12 pairs of cranial nerves, 12 precious jewels, 12 Disciples), under the control of the “I Am” – the covenant between the Asiatic self and the Messianic “Overself” which embodies the divine codes of mutual polarization and spirit communication between the soul intelligences; when the “I Am” consciousness of planetary intelligence (Nasuwt) is attached to the “I Am” of the advanced higher evolutionary brotherhood that occupy the angelic realms of Malakuwt (Surah 21:92, Surah 23:52). The way to Jerusalem, the Foundation of Peace, and its attainment lies hidden with the esoteric definition of Moslem, the one who is of Peace and the one who dwells in a (constant) state of Peace (Harmony). The adept is surely on the way to attainment of Peace when he/she realizes ever present essence of Allah within.

Journey to the Lord of Power: A Sufi Manual on RetreatThe representation of Issa (Jesus, Eshu, Esu) traveling to Jerusalem symbolizes the final step that one takes to crucify the ego self (lower self) for the Higher Self to triumph in the personal jihad that takes place within. This progressive unfoldment also signifies the time when the spiritual “I Am” takes control and lifts all of the animalistic forces of “nafs” into the spiritual planes of Mastery by way of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice. This is the divine substance for transmutation, transformation and transliteration.

Truth is first received in the heart of Man, of which Jerusalem symbolizes, but because of intellectual dominance, truth is capture by the intelligence of the “Lower Self” and confined to the bonds of calculated illusion which is crystallized by the ganglionic receptacle of thought. This place of intellectual feeling creates concepts of error that plague the mind with chemical cellular memories of joy and pain. However, within the dwelling place of light and peace, located in the love center (cardiac plexus), truth is regenerated for the purpose of redeeming itself, for the temple of Man, through religious bigotry and intolerance, becomes the chrysalis center for narrow crystallized thought. This level of thought crystallization hinders the development of divine love and the activation of the “Occult Chamber of the Heart: the Dwelling Place of Allah.” The reason is: Man creates a wall of separation between the secular and the religious, the good and the bad, and the chosen and the “not” chosen, thus developing a psycho-spiritual caste system.

The Interior CastleWhen the radiant light of truth is blocked in the heart and sought to be killed by the animalistic ego self, the ruling intellect sees truth as an assassin who has been inciting a revolt against the intellectual faculty and deems it an enemy combatant that creates the plot for the “Battle for Jerusalem.” The conflict for Jerusalem on Earth is directly correlated with the battle for Jerusalem in Man: the battle between the Higher Self and the Lower Self.

The New Jerusalem of Revelation (21:2) is the triumphant spiritual consciousness that receives the prepared programs for the spiritualized transition – for “Man is doomed to perfection.” The peace makers (Moslems) then commune with the Single Brotherhood of the angelic realms to experience the Jerusalem of the Higher World from which the biophysical Jerusalem (City of Melchizedek (al Khidr), Urusalim, Salem) is a model of. Once the program of New Jerusalem is accomplished, a new creation story will begin as Man is redeemed for his next phase of development in the grand plan of Allah.

The Hidden Glory of the Inner ManThis is further expressed in the symbology of Mt. Moriah, a mount in Jerusalem upon which Solomon built the Temple (Chronicles 3:1). Mt. Moriah, meaning the Vision of God (El Eloh, al-ilah “Allah”) represents the divine inspiration and insight from the occult chamber of the heart that expresses the divine will of Allah through the higher planes of consciousness in Man. The mount of Moriah, esoterically symbolize a high place of understanding and perception that is beyond material body consciousness. These higher planes, the soul, spirit and psychic planes of consciousness, are aligned here, in Mt. Moriah, the farthest Mosque as stated in the Quran.

  • Surah 17:1 “Glory to Allah who did take his servant for a journey by night from the sacred Mosque to the farthest Mosque, whose precincts we did bless – in order that we might show him some of our signs: for he is the one who heareth and seeth (all things).”

The alignment of the consciousness planes with Jerusalem, on Mt. Moriah, awakens the adept to the divine plan (Will) of Allah which connects the Moorish Scientist to the fountain of light that is generated by the perpetual essence of Allah. This fountain of infinite wisdom radiates in the occult chamber of the heart and links the adept to the portals (realms) of higher creation which enlightens the Asiatic planes that are guided by the Single Brotherhood of Allah (Surah 21:92, Surah 23:52).

Shall each righteous, pure and persistent adept thrive to make a pilgrimage to the dwelling place of Light and Peace, Jerusalem, which is located in the farthest Mosque of Allah. May the pure in heart and intent experience their own personal “night of power (Surah 97:1-5),” an indefinite moment of enlightenment under the divine light of Allah.

The Greatest Mystery: The Voyage that Was Only In the Self (Essence) of Allah

23 02 2007
esoteric

“Time never was when man was not…..Man cannot die, the spirit-man is one with Allah, and while Allah lives man cannot die. When man has conquered every foe upon the plane of soul the seed will have full opened out, will have unfolded in the Holy Breath. The garb of soul will then have served its purpose well, and man will need it never more, and it will pass and be no more and man will then attain unto the blessedness of perfectness and at one with Allah.” – Moorish Holy Koran

The Soul's JourneyIn understanding the greatest truth, Man must first learn that he is not other than Allah and Allah is certainly not other than him as all visible and invisible, manifest and un-manifest creations are all of the essence of Allah. Once man gains a thorough understanding of true and divine nature, he/she realizes that they have neither bounds nor limits. This is the meaning of the symbolic and necessary spiritual deaths (transformation) that relinquish man of his ego self and replace it with the characteristics and attributes of Allah. Man then becomes one, in identity, with Allah, thus manifesting the “I Am” consciousness of the ever pervading essence of Allah. This allegorical transformation is hidden within the esoteric drama of Jesus (Issa, Eshu, Esu, Yehoshua) that states “that there is a holy ministry in death.” With an understanding of the divine codes manifested as “the message of truth,” man learns the meaning of the Islamic code of “death before dying.” This instruction indicates that one who dies before dying realizes that every aspect of his being is of Allah’s essence and being, therefore, understanding that there is no difference between Allah and him/her self. For if his/her being were not already of Allah, he/she could not begin to know themselves. Thus the statement, “when you know yourself, you know Allah” as there is nothing in existence or beyond existence but Allah.

The Art of Being and BecomingThe condition of self knowledge is to know that there is no separate self or ego that is unique to Man. If this was so, then there would be no urge or need to know self, as you have been a god, self existent and without any other existence but yourself. However, the manifestation of Allah’s essence is hidden in the realm of the seen and the secret is manifest in what is visible as Allah’s multiplicity is also his Oneness and his Oneness is his multiplicity. In truth, there is no being other than Allah as Allah manifests, simultaneously, in every moment at different states and in different forms. If one masters this concept and does not consider themselves to be equal to, the same as, other than or together with, Allah. For Allah is beyond being within a thing, or a person/thing being within him. Allah is neither inside nor outside of anything; nor can he be seen by the eyes of the head or with the inner eyes of man; nor can anyone conceive Allah through senses, the mind, the intellect, or the imagination. Only Allah can conceive, perceive and see himself. None can know him as he could only know himself. He sees himself by himself. That which conceals him is his oneness. None but himself can conceal him. The veil that conceals him is of his own being. He conceals his being with nothing other that his being, the only one; therefore, none other than he can comprehend or look upon him.

The Elixir of the Gnostics: A parallel English-Arabic text (Islamic Translation Series)Neither can any prophet, human being, saint, perfected being or angelic entity in close proximity can see him, for they are not apart from him. Allah’s prophets, messengers, saints, and sages are none other than he, for he sent himself, from himself, for himself, without any other cause or means besides himself. Allah prepared his essence, sent his essence, from his essence, by his essence, to his essence. There is no difference between the One who sent and his messengers who are sent; hence the great and esoteric Islamic saying, “I know my Lord by my Lord.” This concept of Allah may seem strange, unreasonable, or farfetched, but this concept has existed throughout eons. To better understand this concept, consider the following passages:

  • “Time never was when man was not. If life at any time began, a time would come when it would end. The thoughts of Allah cannot be circumscribed. No finite mind can comprehend things infinite….Man is a thought of Allah; all thoughts of Allah are infinite; they are not measured up by time, for the things that are concerned with time, begin and end. The thoughts of Allah are the everlasting of the past unto the never-ending days to come. And so is man, the spirit-man….So spirit-man as seed of Allah help deep within himself the attributes of every part of Allah. Now, seeds are perfect, yea, as perfect as the source from which they come.” The Moorish Holy Koran, Chapter 1
  • “No one has seen God at any time, I we love one another, God abides in us, and his love has been perfected in us. By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His spirit….If someone says, ‘I love God,’ and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?” 1 John 4:12-13, 20

Sufi Metaphysics and Quranic Prophets: Ibn 'Arabi's Thought and Method in the Fusus al-HikamTo understanding these messages is to understand your divine connection with everything as everything is of Allah’s essence despite not being able see Allah in form as an individualized, separate and grandiose anthropomorphic being. With this understanding, you see what is around you as not other than you, and all and everything as the existence of the One – Allah; when you do not see anything else with him or in him, but see him in everything as yourself and at the same time as the nonexistence of yourself – then what you see is “Al Haqq.” Then you truly realize that it is not yourself that you are seeing or yourself that you are knowing, but the essence of Allah, for only Allah can see and know Allah. When you know yourself with this quality, you know your Lord without being in Him, with Him, or united to Him. The knower and the known and the one that joins with the one joined, are then realized as one despite the illusion of many. However, one may ask, “How does one be with Allah, when there is none other than he, for one cannot be unified with one’s self.” For this question, the answer would manifest as, “there is no union or being with Allah, because to be with someone or to be united with something would be to imply that there are two entities. As there are not two, but One, there is neither a being with Allah nor a uniting the Allah. In the Oneness of Allah, coming of close has no nearness and being far has no distance, for there is no time and space. At this point the adept realizes the meaning of the following lesson, “Truth is Aught, Aught is Allah and Allah and man are one.” This is better demonstrated through the following: the one who knows and the thing known, the one who joins and the thing joined, the one who sees and the thing seen – are all One. The Knower is Allah’s attribute; the known is his essence. The Joiner is Allah’s attribute; the joined is his essence. The Seer is his attribute; the seen is his essence. The one who assumes the attribute is the same as the attribute. This is the meaning of “He who knows himself knows his Lord.”

Ibn Arabi: The Tree of BeingThere is nothing except Allah and His essence for every “something” and every “no-thing” exists as the essence of Allah, simply a reflection of the greatest perfection. When one looks into the mirror, one sees themselves. Their appearance appears as the image in the mirror. When one looks upon the image, in return the image looks upon them. The eye that stares at you in the mirror belongs to you; therefore, is it not true that the image that is now looking at you is, in reality, you looking upon yourself through your own eyes?

If that stands as truth, is not also true that if the name of the person looking in the mirror is Drew Ali, and if the image in the mirror could speak and say, “I am Drew Ali,” would it not be telling the truth, Yet, as the image is reflected, so would be the words. It would not be the image that calls itself Drew Ali, but the one who is looking into the mirror. The reflection is the same as that being reflected, and the words of the image are the reflected words of the “real one.” Hence, the great and boundless void represents the mirror and creation is the image in it (mirror). Man is as the eye of the image reflected in the mirror; the One who is reflected in the image is hidden in the pupil of that eye; thus He sees Himself. This is one of the great mysteries to understanding the “Oneness” of Allah.

Only those that have an active “occult chamber of the heart” will understand this message. The adepts that understand are those that have resolved to find themselves and know Allah by knowing themselves. Those who dedicated their efforts to gaining a greater understanding of Allah, have within them, the divine light of the love and the insatiable desire for Allah in their hearts. These are the ones who will gain admittance into the dwelling place of the throne of Allah and know that there is no existence other than Allah.

The one who does not know himself and who sees himself as other than Allah cannot see Allah; for one does not see other than what his inner sight will allow him to see, perceive or experience. The blind man does not see and those that lack understanding will struggle to understand. However, the one who sees, sees; and the one who understands, understands. These are the “pure” who will be enlightened by Allah’s light and who will find the path to truth, oneness and unity for this is the “Will of Allah.”

The Occult Chamber of the Heart (Pt. 2): The Reflection of the Inner Lights of Man

12 02 2007
temple-of-peace

Within Man are three lights: the light of the mind, the light of certainty and the light of life. An example of these three esoteric lights can be best explained through the following phenomena: the Earth does not have its own light; however, when the Sun is reflected upon it, it (Earth) shines and is illumined as a radiant orb of life and intelligence. Just as the Sun shone on the Earth, the Sun also shines upon the Moon, making it visible to those that inhabit the Earth plane. The Niche of Lights (Islamic Translation Series)This magnificent source of illumination is yearned to be comprehended by the optic nerve, but the photonic radiation is so great that it would terminate the flow of information in the optic chiasm which would result in blindness. The same phenomenon of illumination applies within the spiritual anatomy of Man.

The physical body, which is the domain of the lower self, is made of gross and mundane matter, like the Earth. Yet the light of the heart, which is the domain of the spirit of Allah, reaches the farthest corner and crevices of the shell of flesh, and is further reflected upon the mind, where the inner eye begins to visualize the greater reality. Just as daylight enables the outer eyes of the exoteric anatomy to see, so does the “heart-light” shining upon the inner eye prepares Man for the reception of higher tones with greater sensory perception. In this state of realization, the basic senses have no more use, for the light that the inner eye perceives vibrates at a greater frequency than the light that is recorded by the mundane eyes of exoteric anatomy. What is now seen are the greater information photonic codes of the angelic realms (Malakuwt). At this time, light upon higher manifestations of light (Light upon Light), opens a second eye of the heart. This is termed the eye of certainty, the eye that perceives “Al-Haqq,” the true reality. With the eye opened, the pure adept can pierce the veil and look upon light itself, which is called the light of certainty. The components of this light act as superluminal emanations from higher evolutionary manifestations of consciousness forces which guided all of the divine emissaries of the “Brotherhood of One (Surah 23:52).”

Suhrawardi: The Shape of LightThere are two divine lights that come from Allah (Genesis 1:16): “Then God made two great lights: the greater to rule the day and the lesser to rule the night. He made the stars also.” One shines upon the path of knowledge and wisdom, and the other shines upon the path that leads to the obliteration of ego (illusory separate identity of Man) and into unity with Allah. Man has two inner eyes in the heart: one is the eye of understanding, and the other is the eye that guides one to salvation. That light by which Allah guides is the light of certainty. This is the light that shines toward the path to paradise. If the source of light is added to the light shed upon the path of guidance, it will make visible all the hitherto unseen realms of the angelic beings in the greater worlds and planes of Allah. These are the beings who are the agents of Allah, who carry the secret commands of your destiny. This is the “Light upon Light” that is spoken of in Surah 24:35.

  • The Reflective Heart: Discovering Spiritual Intelligence in Ibn 'Arabi's 'Meccan Illuminations'The Holy Quran - Surah 24:35 “Allah is the Light of the Heavens and the Earth. The parable of his Light is as if there were a niche and within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass; the glass as it were a brilliant star. Lit from a blessed tree, an olive neither of the East nor of the West, whose oil is well-nigh luminous, though fire scarce touched it: Light upon Light! Allah doth set forth parables for men: and Allah doth know all things.”

The light of life, the third light, is the light which energizes the animal self in man (Ruh al Hayvani/Nafs al Ammarah). There are three influences that weaken it and render it impotent. These influences are revealed as frequencies that deafens the ear; a veil that blinds the eye; and a veil that blinds the mind. These three The Philosophy of Illuminationinfluences, which are spoken of in the Holy Quran, are caused by the influence of the material world, the world of illusion and lower self intoxication. The intoxication with these three ruffians of negation renders the heart sick. When the heart is in a state of disease, the mind launches a ray of light upon it to immunize the heart against the tyranny of the lower self. However, while burning the debris of the lower self, it also burns the heart, and the heart on fire, is covered with the dark smoke by-product it generates. This smoke by-product separates the heart from the mind, breaking all communication between them. Thus the heart is darkened and void of light. It is this dark cloud that has fallen upon the heart which becomes a blinding veil.

That which obstructs the light of certainty and obscures the sight of the eye of the heart is the lack of trust, sincerity, and a lack of a discerning nature that distinguishes the positive forces of life from the negative forces of destruction. The resistance to these ills is within the range of human possibility. With positive intent, active effort and concentration upon Allah’s will, the imbalance caused by the lower self, can be healed and recalibrated to the harmonics of Allah. This will restore health to the heart and produce peace of heart (Islam). Then the Light upon Light enters, and with it, the eyes are open to the greater realms of being and realization. For the heart becomes a mirror where Allah’s light is reflected as Allah is the light of the Heavens and the Earth.

Luke 11:36 “If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.”

The Synchronicity of Destiny: The Unified Harmonic within Multiplicity

7 02 2007
manuniverse

The mind is an intangible instrument of which the brain is a vehicle. In this case, the “Mind” acts as the frequency (radio station) and the brain acts as the receiving component (stereo receiver). However, the key to self realization lies in the vibratory realm of the Divine Mind. Just as a man with limited perception creates limits on that which is unlimited and beyond his/her power of thought measurement, Man with a greater insight has a larger view and is more attuned to the finer frequencies of that which is sacred, infinite and limitless. This evolution of mind allows the adept to see, through inner sight, the divine essence of Allah in all that occupy the plane of manifestation: Assiah. However, it is within the psyche of basic human thought and behavior, to examine people, surroundings and knowledge from their level of thinking as an instrument, or mind, can only measure a thing that is within its scope of measurement (MHK 10:18). Hence, a mind that seeks imbalance will find that which he/she desires, even in that which is balanced. The genesis of Man’s being is within his/her mind as stated in the etymology of the term man. In Sanskrit, the term for Man is manu or manushi and the term for mind is manas, thus expressing Man’s existence within the state of Mind. However, all of the external stimuli that seemingly exists before his eyes (illusion receptors) hides all other aspects of his true being, which in comparison to his external observations, seem invisible, unreal and insignificant.

The Self-Disclosure of God: Principles of Ibn Al-'Arabi's Cosmology (Suny Series in Islam)Within ancient Islamic text is the saying, “If you wish to Know Allah, you must know yourself,” but while man is intoxicated and overwhelmed with the lower self and the realm(s) of illusion and (supposed) individualism, his path toward “Mind” attunement remains distant and unseen. Man, in this state of lower self involvement, sees himself as being a separate being with no connection being between “you” and “me.” This limited and basic concept of being fails to encompass the (greater) reality that each inhabitant is not only affected by the involuntary physiological activities that maintain his/her existence, but also the activities of others that directly affect Man’s emotions, motivation, perception and behaviors. The whole activity of Man’s mundane “life” depends on these thoughts and interactions and is changed according to their fluctuation in vibration. Therefore, Man is not truly independent or an individual as the essence of Allah permeates “all” through interaction and the science of synchronicity. Man is connected by thought and frequency; however, the degree of influence is based on the strength and personality that is receiving or sending the imagery of thought and vibration. With constant study, one begins to see how all lives are linked to one another by the unified current that runs through all; there are many lamps and globes of illumination, but one source of nourishment that remains constant in all, whether seen or unseen.

Kybalion: A Study of the Hermetic Philosophy of Ancient Egypt and GreeceThe Moorish Scientist seeks to realize this source of nourishment and chooses to impress this universal constant onto his/her mind template. Just as it appears that each wave of the ocean is an individual aquatic expression, it must return to its source from which a seemingly “new” wave may arise. The conclusion - there is only one, not many. However, the myriad, grades and degrees of feeling, thought and imagination, create experience that ultimately returns to the infinite depths of the divine mind where they (experiences) are assimilated and record in the greater realms of Akasha.

All aspects of life have a central focal point by which everything meets and joins together and that meeting place is within the Divine Mind of Allah. The purification of mind lies in the realization that the sea by which the varying degrees and grades of forms and names connect in one unified harmonic and that harmonic is the controlling mechanism of all thought vibration, mental sensation and perceptive ability.

The Qur’an is recorded as stating “No single atom moves independently of the hand of Allah;” therefore no thing or activity of any kind takes place, either here or there, in the galactic heavens, without the impulse from within and from the depths of being, where all signature frequencies (minds) and the effects of their activity meet and unite in Allah. This concept then urges the adept and initiate of “ahadiyya” (the unity of Allah) to act in the law of reciprocity, as the secret of inner peace and happiness lies in this cosmic principle. However, this principle does not encourage the seeking of happiness in others as the defining point of internal happiness and being, as this principle is founded upon the acts of service and charity without the conscious and premeditated expectation of reward. If the world was viewed as dome where each action becomes a rippling vibration of another, the dynamics of this principle would demonstrate the following: Do positive works and those works would be returned to you; if not from one person, then from another. However, justice and reward will only be rendered when one becomes self-less, such is the law of justice. Do not do good deeds for the sake of reward, but because it is the nature and essence of your being.

Journey to the Lord of Power: A Sufi Manual on RetreatThrough balanced action and balanced thought, the Moorish Scientist develops his/her mind in the manner or purification: action, thought, behavior and feeling. This act of balance requires that the action of “judgment” not be used, for how could a finite mind judge the infinite process of evolution and role each Asiatic creation play in this drama of being and becoming? Whatever differences in principles of positive and negative action religious faiths may attempt to extrapolate, no two individuals will ever differ in the following principle: every soul seeks after the virtue of beauty and positive life experience as no one naturally demands to be abused, deceived, or mistreated.

Once the unity of Mind, the law of reciprocity, and synchronicity of destiny is understood and followed, the Moorish Scientist need not follow any particular belief system or restrict him/her self to a particular path as he/she will be practicing Islam whether they recognize it or not. At that moment in development, one has no purpose for being dependent on one particular path of attainment as it is then learned that inner beauty and divine attainment it not something you get from another; but a living essence in action that you give through your actions and your thoughts. The perfection of “Mind” is developed through contemplation, reflection, self realization and understanding of the one current that flows through the whole of “life.” That which we call “The Deity” is the depth of being, the essence of all activity to which all activity and every action is connected. This is the science of origin and return, the unity of Allah. The seeker of Aught (truth) affirms that his/her work is to forget the self, to obliterate separateness and become like the wave that realizes “I am the ocean,” and by losing himself into the ocean prostrates to its most divine self: Allah. In this, “…be ye perfect, as your Father in heaven is perfect (Mathew 5:48).”

Avoiding the Manifestations of Negativity and the People that Resonate that Infectious Frequency (Agents of Chaos): An Allegorical Lesson Regarding the Consequence of Lot’s Wife

4 02 2007
Lot's-Wife

“Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.” - Mathew 7:6

It must be understood that your physical and psychological well-being can easily be affected by those that harbor negative energy, misery, counter-productive thought patterns and imbalanced actions and behaviors. This type of energy emission create cycles of pathology that becomes infectious, parasitic and crippling. Just as airborne pathogens, sexually transmitted diseases and viruses are contagious, so are emotional and behavioral states.

Mastery Through Accomplishment: Developing Inner Strength for Life's ChallengesIn many occassions, an involuntary victim can become a surrogate of disharmony and confusion, simply by maintaining an ongoing unhealthy (familial, romantic, business, frienship) relationship with another that precipitates their own distaster. Since the Asiatic creations of this “plane of manifestation” are extremely susceptible to the emotional states, energies and the behaviors of others, a rational conclusion can be reached that supports the fact that the negative and counter-productive behaviors of others can inadvertently affect the lives of those that attempt to display support and/or unconditional love. The perpetual involvement with others that practice the clinical definition of insanity (repeating the same process, but expecting a different outcome) will lead a sane individual to demonstrate acts of psychological self-harm and self-destruction.

In the process of self mastery, one must learn the difference between “unconditional love” and the psychological definition of “enabling.” Unconditonal love involves the action of love without measure or condition. However, within the scope of unconditional love, the mystic definition of “unconditional love” is the ability to “allow” the one being loved to experience the “mystery of life” without continued assistance that could jeopardize or stagnate their spiritual growth; becasue in the display of unconditional love, one learns the meaning of the old saying “sometimes to love is to let go.”

On the other side of this equation is the psychologically crippling behavior of “enabling.” Enabling involves aiding, assisting and supporting others despite their destructive behavior. Often times, the enabler will allow, and aid, the “agent of chaos” in the acts of harming themselves and their loved ones until inevitable destruction takes place. In this vicious and abusive cycle, many victims are created, directly and indirectly. This then creates a cyclic pattern of pathology that is perpetuated until one is born of that cycle that possess the “divine will” to break that cycle. One must have a truly discerning spirit if they are to avoid making themselves a prisoner to their own goodwill, or worse, they themselves become an “agent of chaos” exhibiting degrees of the behavior (physical, psychological or emotional) they were trying to remedy.

Ibn-Al-Arabi: The Bezels of Wisdom (Classics of Western Spirituality Series)In all good effort, most desire to assist others to see them raise themselves up, change their thoughts and patterns, but often times, when one cannot discern the difference between unconditional love and enabling, the patterns of the “agents of chaos” end up festering inside and mutating the psyche of the one of goodwill. These “agents of chaos” are not to be misunderstood with those that encounter hardship in their life or some type of misfortune. These infectious entities are identified as those that continue the same path of destruction despite the counsel from elders, intelligent and rational assistance and the therapeutic encouragement offered from clinical advice and suggestions. However, growth and advancement, for these individuals, will take place from a more influential level which may either require intervention from 1) a higher source of being or 2) an intervention at a later time when they are more attuned to their higher self. Until one or the other takes place, these entities must be handled with care and discernment.

This type of person has the powerful ability to generate, and maintain, a vicious cycle of destruction that often leads to the demise of innocent people which entered their life for their good and for their eventual progress. The result of imbalance is often times imbalance. Negativity spreads and in some cases, the only assistance that one can receive has to come from a greater plane of knowing and being. It is a charitable service to assist and aid another, but it is also foolish to jeopardize your own divine reward for those that become intoxicated with the world of illusion and the temporary manifestations of feeling. A known fact amongst the wise is that there is an eventual destiny of destruction for those that constantly violate the harmony and the law of the most divine essence of Allah; but it is also known that “man is doomed to perfection.” This paradox basically states that he/she will eventually gain mastery at some stage or degree of their evolution while on the path of “origin and return.” This is an aspect of the symbology behind the allegorical lesson of Lot’s wife turing into a pillar of salt (Genesis 19:26).

It is important to help thy brother and thy sister, but it is also important to not follow the path of self-destruction all under the guise of goodwill. It is a beautiful act to recognize the infinite potential in another person, but the true lesson is for that person to recognize, and use, the potential that remains dormant in their inner sanctorum. You can only provide guidance and instruction, but the “will” and “act” soley belongs to them. It also remain true that you cannot provide supplementation to someone elses (inner) deficiency for they are ultimately responsible for their own salavation.

“If anyone contends with the Messenger even after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him, and follows a path other than that becoming to men of faith, we shall leave him in the path he has chosen, and land him in (a state of) Hell - What an evil refuge!” - The Holy Qur’an Surah 4:115
