As Moors struggle to gain due recognition in the Americas as an upright and respected nation of people, a great and strategic move has been made that could hamper and/or stagnate the movement for industrious and proactive Moors in this hemisphere. This act suspends Habeas Corpus, denies military detainees the right to the Geneva Conventions in their own defense, allows physical and mental abuse for the purpose of self incrimination and gives government and military forces the right to label you an undocumented immigrant or an unlaw enemy combatant without you having “any” right to a defense to prove otherwise.

Almost 80 years ago Moors were warned that this type of behavior would be exhibited as “Just Law,” but the writings within the records of time also revealed that Moorish Law would rise for the salavation of the oppressed and afflicted of this said land mass.

Moors, the call of “Come All Ye Asiatics” has now been expressed from the etheric tones of the past.

The divine symbol that represents “salvation,” the all seeing eye that represents the “Father of the Universe,” and the clasped hands that represent “unity,” must all be placed into action and effect as this “new day” shows itself to be a formidible force.

Although, the great mind of El Hajj Malik El Shabazz expressed knowledge of the Moors, it must remain clear that Moors are not black. As taught by Noble Drew Ali, Moors were not and are not “negro, black or colored” as those are caste system terminologies.

To be negro is to be a beast or something that is without worth: an inanimate object.

To be black is to be dead: without life. There is no national land mass, no national standard (flag) or no national identity termed black. In history and throughout all other holy scripture, all people identified were recognized by their tribal or natal identity, not color.

The term colored is a legal term which means a thing similates a real entity and has all likeness of being real; however, despite its real-like appearance, it is not real.

Ther term Moor is the national parentage identity of those mis-guided and mis-labeled as negro, black, colored and African American.

Africa is a continent! The America’s are multiple continents (North, Central and South America)!

Nationality is the order of the day. For further validation, investigate the national roster within the United Nations and find a Nation of Black or a Nation of White. All national participants represent an orgnaized national body political. As Moorish Americans, worshiping under our “own vine and fig tree,” we can not expect for someone worshiping under a different “vine and fig tree” to be responsible for the support and maintenance of our existence and social well-fare.
